This is your side menu area. You can add menu links here in the admin in Design & Layout > Menu Links.

Or you can add other custom text or HTML in the admin in Design & Layout > Side menu HTML.

This side menu section can also be disabled with additional CSS in the Design & Layout > Themes & Colors section.
